Hey Junior.

Looks like I'm putting the truck to work here in a few...I should get the bumper sticker I saw on the way home from Carlisle...

"Yes, It's my truck. No, I won't help you move."

Got you covered either way. I've been bummed the last couple of days since everything that was coming in seemed to be a mini van or suv. This morning the junk gods were merciful. 6 more F series trucks were on the ground. A few are pretty sad but all have lots of goodies. 2 are 87 - 91 the other 4 are 92 - 96. There is a 92 F150 4x2 extended cab short bed with a perfect body. If anyone needs a short styleside bed with dual fuel doors this truck has a perfect one. I know of at least one 87 - 91 no rust hood. If you're serious take the ride because this stuff will likely go quick.

Right on. I'll see what funding is available, and look into making a trip. Thanks for the info.

I rather liked "My lug nuts have more torque than your engine".

And then there's "He who has the most lug nuts wins".

Good evening every one. All this talk of heat, I haven't left the house, the central air is working overtime. My son broke the pull cord on the lawn mower(it breaks often when he has to mow the lawn) and I wasn't going out to fix it. Let the bugs feast for a couple more days. It's amazing how much stuff I wind up having to do inside when it's time to mow the lawn, or any out side work, when the temps are high.
