I don't understand how they are adjusting the pressure. An orifice maybe?

Yes it is an oriface.
According to the description on his website it is .016.
And I am going to brag here. I was the one that invented this system, I have the first one ever because Jason talked to me about how I did it.
I told him how and now he has that kit for sale.
I wasn't interested in getting in on it because I have a very good job myself that takes more time than I can spare just to keep up and I make a good living at it.
So I gave him my blessing on it and now he's selling it. Good for him.

So is that an extra $200 on top of already having the CCK?

And I used your old threads to build my own. Think I had about $100 into it with line and fittings. I used a .010 orifice. It worked great. Now I run a full RR from DI (thanks Kris). And have more knock at cold start than I had with the DIY bleed-off.

Now THAT is interesting and very surprising to hear.
How about once it's warmed up? Any improvements?

After a 4-5 minutes it is very very quiet. With my mods and PMR's, so no bigger sticks for me, I could have stuck with the DIY cross-over and been happy. However, I didn't have the ability to monitor fuel pressure when I had the DIY cross-over. I now monitor it with a Scan gauge and my pressure holds pretty good.

Wait a minute guys...

The CCK is the orifice -- the RR upgrade to the CCK is NOT $200 more if you already have the CCK. It's like $100 upgrade or something. Can't remember -- check the site. There is a drop-box in the order screen for upgrade vs. buying new.

And there is an adjustable regulator that goes in the return line -- you plug the fuel-bowl return...

I see the drop down to select if you already have the CCK, it is - $70. I don't see a regulator.

Yeah, it's a little deceiving. See the tee-looking thing with a **** on it attached to the stubby line? That's it! I was surprised too!

EDIT: It's the thing on the left, and it's actually a hard piece, not a line, although it looks like fuel line in the pic. Look close, you'll see it's hexagonal.
