Yeah, the shackles are the inexpensive parts at $50, the directions cost another $300.00, if you want them included.
Its pretty straight forward Andrew, no problems when I did mine (yes, I have the same kit).
Ohh, wait, Have a ratchet strap handy. After you get the first side done, when you remove the bolt for the second side, the spring will want to move out of line a little and youll need the ratchet strap to pull it back into place.

I got the same kit also Andrew, just be careful when unbolting, those springs are under alot of load, use the bottle jack or strap like the guys mentioned to relieve the tension and to line the holes back up when you put the new shackle in.. Jacking just the body up on the front end helps alot.

Alright.. I got some pics for everyone..
These were sanderson welding shackles..
However. They were about an 1/8 too narrow so some bending was required to make them fit. Anyone else have this problem?
All and all it really sucked installing these. But I am very happy with them..
Ohh.. and one of the springs flexed in and that was really sucky to find a way to bend it out. One skid steer fork through the wall of my shop later we got it working. ugh...
Here are some pics.
Before.

Really improves the look of the truck. And I know understand why I need a lift. The truck looked mean when it was sitting all jacked up...
Enjoy!
