Question

That looks like it has Maryland plates. But isn't that Bob's truck, or hopeful future truck?

I know red is a very common color, but as far as big trucks go, its the perfect color.

Looks like an F4, yup. Really nice! As I started looking for a new towing/plow truck, I wonder if one of these wold work with enough weight in the back?

I'd like it better if wasn't sitting on widowmakers. I enlarged the pic and it looks like it's an F-6.

Yes, that's what my F-4 is going to look like if I ever finish it, except it's going to have stained side racks and silver paint trim on the wheels. Very nice truck.

Nice truck--Bob I saw a Model AA stake body--red with stained rails. The guy had routed a groove in the rails then painted body red in the grooves. That was sharp!! He did the same design like cabinet doors were done in the 60-70's with the half circle routed in the corners with straight line connecting the half circles. Hope you can visualize this; sorry for the highjack

Question

I love the big trucks, and I have found a really cool one locally, but I have no use for it except to park it outside the house and say "that's a cool arsh truck". Is that reason enough to own one?

reason you dont need no stinking reason! actually owning it would give you an excelent reason to justify having it, like say getting a vintage tractor to haul on the back of it! yeah?

Big Trucks

Oh yeah, I'm a big truck fan!

Here's a few pictures I took last year. They belong to a very good friend of mine...........
