To each their own but, I think they look too 90's. I wanted one for a while for my '79, I'm glad I never went through with it.

9.ford.5 yeah i put them all together. the bronco i bought it all tore apart it had 2 bolts holding the body one when i towed it home. the black 79 has a 460 big block. edlebrock intake and carb. nothing to special. dana 44 front. ford 9 inch rear. 4:11 gears. locker in back. open front. 6c tranny. 35 inch boggers. bucket seats. i have a dana 60 in my apartment waiting for it someday. then 44 inch boggers. i don't know about a visor. i have hit my roof lights on trees and even ripped a side mirror off one day. probably wouldn't last. lol

A branch maybe. Not an entire tree I hope. :P

I like the look of visors too, they're like $300 from LMC truck and like $10 from a junk yard haha..

I made that mistake one time, a guy i know had a chevy with some at's on it, said he could get through most mud with em, rarely got stuck, first time out he burried it up to the bumper. Stuck.
Pulled him out then to make a point went right throug where he got stuck, just to show him why fords rule. After that he stayed on the edges where the mud was no more than 4" deep. I slung more mud on his truck than he did...
I also left and had to drive to the car wash with my goggles on and my head hangin out the window cause i had 2" of mud all across the windsheild...

agreed hahaha...hes a friend of mine...new to wheelin and wrenchin...those snow tires did pretty good considering his truck was almost belly deep in mud hahaha...muddin with snow tires LMAO...

there are only 2 other trucks in my area that have the possiblity to keep up with mine...a 78 bronc on 38 boogers, and my other friends 78 chev shortbox up 6" on 35 or 36 interco somethin or other...not their most agressive rubber by any means...but hes a trucker so hes never here...and my other friend has a truck like the chev in the pics/ vid but he had thornbirds on his...hes trying to buy a 70 sumthin shortbox chev we found with a big block in it for a mud truck so then he migh be able to keep up...still doubt it

i dont mind old chebbys like early 80s and older...i have that 76 3/4 ton i plan to build sometime

Really? I hadn't heard that. I haven't been keeping up to date with it lately though.
