Something I noticed is that all the mud tires on craigslist around here are completely bald. Like a last ditch effort to make some coin before they throw them away.

Reminds me of my old super swampers. Bald as hell. Complete slicks.

Also reminds me of my quad tires, I ran them down so far that they wore holes through, not popped.. just so thin of tire. It was pretty funny to slide around on cement like you might on ice.

 

my old boggers were completely bald. i had a cornstalk go completely through one, but i left it in and it wore down with the tread and kept the air in. still ended up selling them for a couple hundred to some hillbilly

 

See, make some coin back selling it. :P

Im probably going to pain the whole truck the new colors over the wheel wells, (the new color over the bondo and the old black didnt quite match up. I'm also cleaning up around where i painted FORD. And just the other day found the REAL problem with the steering, broken bracket where the steering column meets the firewall.

case in point

this weekend we went wheelin and after me and a bud were just checkin out one of our locations in 2wd and i get a wee bit stuck...well in the process of locking into 4wd i broke my shifter off for the front axle (twin stick FTW) so i mstuck in 4hi...oh but thats not biggy i can just unlock the hubs, nope dont even have to do that while i was getting unstuck i hear a loud clunk followed by a clicking noise from the front end anytime the driveshaft is spinning...the next day i put the rear axle in n (leaving the front in hi being i cant get it out with no lever) and lock both hubs in put er in gear and she move no where, just clicks...unlock the driver side hub the noise stops lock it back in the noise comes back...in other words...my hub is ****ed! and my shifter is broked

but on the plus side, as a result i have decided the problem with the front axle popping out of gear that i thought was in my t-case was my driver side hub popping out...and it gave out...wonder what happened? well theres no nasty noise so im just gonna drive it for now hubs unlocked and check into it when i do the R&P gears

the t-case is fine lol not sure what happened with the hub? they are warn hubs and they looked fine when i put em in the SFA

i never get up early enough on the weekends for that. is she still on the show? last i heard of her she hurt her back and was out for awhile, but my sister is on that level of skill or better. but i doubt you would find her attractive. she ain't fat and she ain't ugly, but she damn sure ain't lady like. imagine my attitude without the booze and killer fab skills, scary

 

she was on mythbusters for a while but I think she opened her own all girl fab shop somewhere....Colorado sounds right.
