no i t-boned a 2002 chevy blazer that was conveniently parked sideways in my lane in the middle of a blizzard with near 0 visibility and roads that were more slick than most ice arenas....but there was a fat kid in the blazer i wish i would have got some pics of what THEIR car looked like after MUAHAHAHAHA theirs is beyond repair....mines fixed in under $500 including paint

i want to build a big *** beefy prerunner style winch bumper anyway...so next time this happens i can really go HAHA

similar to this one, with less lines

Hav24wheel-

What springs are you running front and rear? How do you fit 44's with 6 inch springs, cut the coil buckets?

Yeah but you'll feel the impact more. Normal bumpers are designed to crush a little. Absorb the impact so to speak.

Then again. Keeps your truck safe.

i dropped the front buckets down on the frame 2 inches, n put a spacer under them, the rear springs are stock with some stacked blocks and a shackle reversal. than i have a 3 inch body lift.
so about 11 inches total.

And dont give me the whole stacked blocks lecture, i have run them for 5 years with no problems. Its called keep the *****en u-bolts tight and have a huge traction bar to keep axle wrap under control..

I wouldn't do that. I see you as a wee bit of an educated feller.

Actually i've been thinking of how to keep my rear end level with my front when I throw 6" SD springs on it. Haha. Stacked blocks perhaps?? If possible no. But it may be a temporary thing to keep it from looking ridiculous.

oooo youre lucky you turned that around lol...well at least you got some trac bars goin that should keep those blocks in there...one block is still safer IMO but ur setup works and if i remember your truck is an OHV anyway?

most people neglect the trac bars when they stack blocks so the axle wraps and spits out the blocks and they wonder why that happened?

thats not a quilty reply at all

and by the way...i dont plan on running over any more SUVs so it dont matter if i will feel it more...but in the case i does happen at least only ONE of the vehicles will be a write off, and with a 1/2 thick steel front bumper i know damn well it aint gonna be mine unless the other vehicle happens to be a tank then i might be screwed
