took me and a certified tech a fair amount of time to figure out my Catalytic Converter had disintegrated and all the honeycomb stuff inside had plugged my exhaust system. I don't know that he hooked up a diag and checked for error codes, and I don't know if this is related to your error codes or problem.

I'm just tossing out my current issue because I've never had this happen before. The only way to know for sure is to take your exhaust apart and see if chunks come out.. which I am currently finding out is not such an easy thing to do ... at least not without destroying what you have.

Dude I'm feeling your pain, I'm having the same problem with my 95 F-150 302 auto. I've been all over this sight trying to figure this out along with alot of other guys. I think I've narrowed mine down, but not sure.

the egr insufficient flow came up on mine when my vac reservoir(coffee can under hood on top of pass side wheel well) rusted a hole into it. Undo the little clip holding it down and inspect yours. The cat theory is also very plausible, as is a clogged fuel filter
