Is the check valve for the front tank the same as for the back tank on a 92 F150 with a 4.9litre engine?

I have had no end of problems this year with my fuel system. I replaced both tanks, both pumps, fuel filter and now it is filling the rear tank from the front. I am assuming it's a bad check valve. I have a wrecked 94 out back and it still has the front check valve on it I think. I'm hoping to take it off and install it on my rear tank.

 

If you can get to it in the assembly, I would think that they are the same.
