sounds like a hydraulic problem. make sure that your fluid is topped off and the air is bled out of the system. check for any leaks as well.

Another place to check is the plastic bushing on the end of the clutch master cylinder where it connects to the clutch pedal.

Well I have changed master and slave and I still have the problem how is the best way to bleed this beast. I followed the manufacture instructions. It seems to screw up after holding the clutch in at a few lights in traffic.

Darn I surely can't be the only person with this problem.
I will try to explain it better. Usually when at a light while holding in the clutch, light turns green slowly let the clutch out and it engages at the top of the clutch and at the end after it engages you hear a burp or squeek, then when you go after second gear the clutch engages at the bottom and the pedal won't come all the way up, I have to lift it with my foot. Then the clutch will operate fine till you do this again.

PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!
Kenny

Sounds like there is air in the system.

They can be a PITA to bleed.

A vacuum or pressure bleeder works well.

I tried bleeding like the instructions said hold the slave vertical and push the plunger in and out while someone watches the level I guess I'l try to park the truck almost straight up an down and work the clutch and maybe the air will work out some how. I am open to any other suggestions

I have heard they are a pita to bleed as well. You might be better off getting one of the vacuum bleeders like 12ozd mentioned.
