Just make sure they are the same compression ratio and you should be set.
In the old Ford shop manuals it was considered acceptable to bore some cylinders different sizes from others, so if the single piston is a different bore that is okay.

Looked at your links but all are for later 1.6L industrials and not the 70"s version of the 1.1L/1.6L industrial I have but thanks for the effort.
