Question Slight bump at 35-45mph

When im doing between 35-45mph and i go to accelerate whether its hard or just a soft increase in speed when my tranny down shifts there is a slight bump some times its noticable and some times not. I had the tranny rebuilt by ford at 54k and has 81k on it now, rear end work dont at 68k all done by ford. When i had the tranny rebuilt it was SLAMMING when i got on the gas so im wondering if they actually rebuilt it or just fixed the issue and said they rebuilt it.?? Im gonna check my u joints tomorrow and make sure thats not my issue. Im really hoping i dont have another tranny issue cuz my warranty just ran out....
