Unhappy Backup sensor speaker replacement help

Hello fellow Forders. Need advice. I have a 2005 Ford Expedition. The backup sensor speaker stopped working. Went to Ford and they're going to charge me $174 to replace the $14 DOLLAR SPEAKER! Anyone ever replaced a sensor speaker? I'm assuming its under the 3rd row rear seat or on the side back panel somewhere?

Thanks much.

I'm not sure where it is, but when it beeps the sound is coming from the dash area, not the back.
