Just picked up a sweet 63 Falcon Econoline for 7 bills. Original down to the paint and hub caps. A little scruffy, but OG, soild and a ready driver. I looked for a long time and lots of beaters before I found this one.
I'd appreciate some help decoding the vin and door tag information.

I bought a 67 Custom with a 289 as a donor for the "Falconstein ". Any articles for a 289 swap out there ? Also, what 8 or 9" differential is a bolt in deal for a 63 Econoline and a what's up on a disc brake swap for the front end ?
