fuel bowl heater in a v10?

just recently my 03 f250 v10 started blowin the fuse for the fuel pump. after reading threw these threads i found out i could just unplug the fuel bowl heater and be good.
question is... does my v10 gasoline have one since i doubt gas would gel up. and if it does, is it in the tank. if not, any ideas what it might be?
just thought id ask a few questions before i start doin uneeded work.

I don't think so, if you are blowing the FP fuse, there is a short or it is starting to go bad and drawing too much current.

OR that the fuel pump relay contacts are going bad

Can't say I've ever seen a relay blow a fuse that way, but it's a good thought! Makes sense!

Too much resistance at the contacts, will send not enough voltage to the pump. Which makes it take more current. Blowing the fuse.

Bad connections will do it too.
