new f250 owner
hello, i just found my first ford down here in southern california. it's a 1989 f250 ex cab (for $600!). i'm very excited & look forward to towing my travel trailer back home to montana with this super-clean rig. so far we've serviced it all up, and are now just dealing with the wiring issues that were part of its low price tag (the truck was sitting for a while and got rodent-gnawed). as is, it's got everything it needs to be driven safely, but i'd like to get all components back into action (and desire to no longer start up/shut down the truck by attaching & detaching a wire from the battery!). i've posted my most pressing problem here:

i'm really glad to be here, and can't wait to interact with everyone on the forum. THANKS!
