2011 Expedition Limited

Sunroof is stuck in open vent position and switch is unresponsive. Checked fuse and it's still good. Any suggestions on cleaning/replacing switch? Has anyone else had this issue? I've read other posts related to manually closing sunroof but seems motor was working in those cases.

Any help would be appreciated. Thankfully we're out of rainy season.
