Firebird Raceway Park

The NHRDA Western Regional Finals will be held there on October 3rd.

Maybe some of you Idaho FTE folks can make it out to the event. It would be great to meet you.

Are ya coming to this? Firebird is about 5 miles from my house. We have a member in our local diesel club that will be particpating, he drives an off brand, but he's quick. I'll be there and would like to meet ya. Let me know if ya need anything.

Yeah unless something drastic happens in Redding on the 19 of September both myself and William_04_x will be there running in the sportsman et class.

Must be nice to be 5 minutes away. We're going to drive 1000 miles to race for maybe 2 minutes....tops

You have any recommendations for a decent motel near the track?

You'll probably want to stay in the city of Meridian. Check for hotels on or near Eagle rd. The Hotel closest to Firebird is the Hilton Garden Inn in Eagle, still about 20 mins away. Meridian is about 35 mins away.

I'd stay away from eagle, freaking expensive...

Anyone goin out to the classic? Were gunna try and make it out if we can get all the little bugs worked out the car has been fighting us REALLY bad. Finally got the oil pickup line figured out but now the 3-step aint workin so who knows.
