Expedition Sun Visors?

Expedition Sun Visors?
Ok gang, short story long, my expy has 100 miles to go before it's out of warranty, and with wifey driving it, that will probably happen before we get to the weekend. Anyway, in every vehicle I've ever owned, I usually just push the sun visor towards the windshield and leave it there during the day unless the sun is lower, then I pull it down some. Problem is, the visors on the expy wont stay there, they flop back down so they're hanging nearly vertical. This may be a simple adjustment, but none-the-less, I took it to the dealership for a couple other little things before the warranty is up, and got the usual "no defect found" on the visors. Of course, they had no other expy's on the lot for me to see if this is "normal", so I figured I'd check with you guys. Do yours stay "up" towards the windshield? Or do they fall back vertical? Thanks guys!
BTW, they also replaced the front grille emblem as it was starting to peel, just like my F350... Oh, and the drivers side armrest, the leaky front axle, the rear wheel bearing, and leaky rear shocks... *sigh* Hope thats it for a while, or I'm not going to be able to afford to keep this thing out of warranty...

I have an 07 Expy and mine stay in whatever position I put them in. But I dont use them all the time since I only put about 7-8k miles on any of my vehicles per year. If you're using them all the time they can "wear out" at the visor mount.
If the tech won't list it as a warranty item, talk to the wirter. Have him look at it and show him it doesnt stay in position. Then go to the Service Manager if you can't get anywhere. *Most* dealers will order you a visor to make you a happy customer, unless you live in HI and have to deal with Tylus' dealer!
