How much difference would you have with a 351W-2V that mas modified to a 4V configuration and a 351W-4V-HO?

I am a novice gearhead, so I don't know if the cam differences were significant, or if the unique cam for the 351W-HO was more for marketing.

I'm actually from League City, so I'm a little closer to home. I have the H.O. engine on a 1986 F150 XLT.

According to the all-knowing and sometimes incorrect Wikipedia, the
351 CID Windsor V8 from 1980-82 had 156 hp (116 kW) 262 lb·ft (355 N·m) 2bbl carb
351 CID Windsor V8 from 1983-85 had 150 hp (110 kW) 280 lb·ft (380 N·m) 2bbl carb
351 CID HO Windsor V8 from 1984-86 had 210 hp (160 kW) 305 lb·ft (414 N·m) 4bbl carb

Agreed, 60 horse is quite a step up from the standard motor. Hell, the EFI 302 in my truck is only rated for 185.
