Does anybody know if Ford still sends out the new vehicle surveys after you buy a new truck? I bought a 09 F-150 in Feb. from a dealer in Daytona Beach and during the checkout process they kept pounding me about a survey that Ford was going to send out and that I had to give the dealer the highest marks. I still have not been mailed this "survey", about a week after the purchase I spoke to the salesmen about an unfavorable issue I had with the dealer and I mentioned that I would remember it on my survey. I am beginning to think I should have kept my mouth shut . Thanks for any help.

 

I picked up my FX4 on June 17th and the salesman also told me the same thing. I would receive a survey and he told me to put outstanding for every line item. Of course I said I would. But there were some things that I found unsatisfactory and wouldn't give high marks for. I received my survey last week and did not give him all high marks. Since they had my email from prior to the buying process, the survey was emailed to me.

but also at one time ford would give you a hole dollar to fill it out

 

got one from the Expy I bought in April

and I'm expecting one soon for my Mustang.

I received one when I bought my 03 (years ago obviuosly). I had some things I was not happy about. Unfortunately it was with the service department and issues I had with the truck from day one. They followed up with a phone call on my excellent review of the sale process, but I told them about the service problems - never heard from them again. I still have the six-page letter that I never sent somewhere. But I still enjoyed that truck - wife says she is taking my Expy when her lease is up, so I may be shopping again in a year

 

The survey for my '08 arrived about 5 months later giving me time to assess both the truck and "after the sale" service by the dealer.

 

Picked up my truck on June 20th and the survey arrived via e-mail on 7/7.
