"It truely is a lot of work."
yup, and you can't rush it.
I noticed that you cut out the rusty section of the rear inner fender, which is good. Do you plan on repairing that inner piece? I have heard some say your better off to leave that section out so it won't hold in the crud that promotes the rusting of the outer fender. What do think?

Now that its welded in I'm going to seal it up with POR15 then we(he) will weld in the outer quarter fender piece then grind and seam seal the inside then either stone guard or more POR15 on the inside.
My Pal Andy says that the sand blaster from Princess Auto is quite good and well worth the $99.00 I paid for it.
Still lots of work to do but we thought we'd take one night off and get back at it tomorrow, with any luck most of the welded pieces will be in place.
How did everyone like the pictures?
Rick.

Valid point Frank.
If I was in the shots you'd have to use the term Master Piece instead of pictures
I'm going to be trying some panel Bond, have you ever used panel bond before Frank? I'm told it's widely used in autobody shops theses days.

Update on Bronco Body work
Well the drivers side quarter panel is repaired with new inner and outer patch panels welded on.
The passenger side is complete except for behind the wheel at the bottom it was worse than it first appeared so I will buy and install the patch panel for it too.
In by the base of the door jam is cut and welded in, top of rear bumper is painted.
Andy has completed a lot of the filler and sanding of the quarters and doors.
Tomorrow we will finish welding up all the small holes for the old mirrors(newer style mirrors from 92/96 Bronco so those holes are no longer needed).
Come Tuesday hopefully it will just be down to filler and sanding and then paint, the metal work and stripping seem to take the longest time to complete

Progress report
All metal work is completed The new mirrors have been test fitted with new nutcerts they look fantastic really suit the truck.
More filling and shaping completed doors are close, hood and roof are getting started soon.
It is amazing all the little jobs you find and do along the way in doing paint and body.
I can't wait to install my new Griffin Rad(factory fit, you gotta like that).
I'll try and post some more pictures if anyone is interested?
