Broken Dash on '97 F-350

The dash on my '97 F-350 is cracked up and broken pretty bad around the lower right hand portion of the ash tray. There are two pieces broken completely out of the dash and the ash tray is just flopping around. There are also two mounting points broken, the one below the ash tray and the one below the glove box. I suppose i could try and JB Weld it back together, but the whole dash would need to be removed to get it done. I'm thinking I'd be better off getting a good used dash or maybe even a new one, although a new one is probably a lot of $. I'd appreciate some input from you guys about the right way to get this thing fixed.

Mine is cracked in the top right near the center and the lower right by the glove box. I would really like to find a new dash as well. The problem with a wrecking yard is they are the same age and are or will probably break trying to remove or re-install. If you fing the dashes, please let me know

Thats not from the design problem, thats from plain and simple abuse and kicking the dashboard.................Time to hit the J-yard.

I'm not sure what caused the damage, I've only owned the pickup for a few monthes. I found one of the broken pieces on the floor shortly after buying it. It's been used as a ranch pickup its entire life so it spends a lot of time off road. I assumed that all the bumps probably caused the damage, but I'm not ruling out my kids either.
