Horn stays on F250 SD truck

My horn stays on in my f250 sd. Is the horn circuit closed with the positive or negative wire. Does anyone know where the circuit goes, other than the horn switch? How would I solve this problem,

Prob short inside the steering wheel....most likely the clockspring.
