Lubricant for fuel injector o-rings

What is the OEM lubricant for the injector orings? I've read everythign from WD40, Motor oil to grease to palmolive soap. There seemed to be a light colored grease on them when I removed them.

The Ford Shop Manual says:

1. CAUTION: Never use silicone grease. It will clog the fuel injectors.
Lubricate new O-rings with light 10W-30 or equivalent oil meeting Ford specification ESE-M2C153-E and install two on each injector.

2. Install fuel injectors using light, twisting, pushing motion.

3. Install fuel injection supply manifold.

4. Install electrical harness connectors to fuel injectors.
