you're not over reacting.

I may have been born and raised in Germany, but I do know that Americans take deep pride in their flags.

I smell a mutiny o.o

uncle.stosh has a good reputation on FTE. uncle.stosh has a good reputation on FTE.
It would be way better to just ignore him and he'll eventually go away.

Banning someone is easy and he'll just create another account. Ignoring him totally will make him feel like the POS that he is......

hey, so my transmission feels like it is starting to slip a lot, mostly when im trying to accelerate from a stop.
I don't think the fluid has been changed in ages, would changing it reduce the slipping?

Most likely your clutches/bands are shot and changing the fluid will only make it worse.

I'm no expert on auto transmissions, but some people swear that changing the fluid actually makes the problem worse.

The thought is that if the clutches/bands are going, the fine metal particles in the fluid actually help by adding friction. When you change the fluid, all of those particles are gone and it supposedly slips even worse.

This is only what I've read. Other's say that it's nonsense.

Is your fluid up to the correct level? If it's low, it will definitely slip.

It might be something as simple as that.

ive checked it while it was hot and running just now, the color is that of another planet.
it looks rusty brown, not the red im sure it is supposed to be.

i'm going to risk changing the fluid, if all else fails, well, i don't know yet :/

While it's one thing to say the USA is a great country, bagging every other country is pretty poor form I reckon. I've been to the states, driven across 5000 miles of it in fact. I did enjoy it -a lot - but there wasn't anything that I experienced that would make me want to live there versus staying in Aus.

he wasent really trying to bash anyother country by saying that, he was just pissed that someone was dissing his so he said how he feelt, (spelling i kno) you probablly feel the same about aus as we do about america, we love it therefore its the best, you love it therefore its the best... alright dont know where i'm going with this so i'll put it this way.
aus was one of the few countries to back us up when we hit afganistan AND iraq... perhaps i'm wrong but thats what i rember reading on fox... it takes alot of balls to standup for what you think is right when you're in a room full of people who disagree, thats what aus did IMO
