t19 to zf5 swap

I have a 1987 F350 2wd single cab long bed with the 6.9L and a t19. I just installed a zf5 out of a 1988 F250 2wd ext. cab long bed donor truck. The entire installation is completed but i have two questions. I have searched all over the forum and can't find the answer to these questions. I'm trying to use the drive shaft that was bolted to the t19 but the u-joint is not the right size, it is to small for the zf5's yoke. Is there a hybrid u-joint that will allow me to connect the t19 drive shaft to the zf5's rear yoke? The other question is will the speedo cable that was connected to the t19 bolt into the zf5 and work correctly?

Yup, I believe this is what you'll need 1330x1350 Universal Joint.

The best method would be to use the DS from the '88 with the 1350 U-Joints and replace the Yoke on the rear end.

-Enjoy

Thats the exact same snag I had when i did my swap last september. I just went to napa and gave them the tranny's year (1990) and the driveshaft's year (1985) and they made me a u-joint with the right caps. Problem solved.
