boost very low? and idle is not right?

i just put all new glow plugs, and a whole injector seal kit..

cuz it was leaking pretty bad..

now i have it running.. and i dont see any leaks, but i was driving and ccame to a stop sign and while i was stopped it started to idle wierd... as if it was about to run out of fuel.. but it didnt.

then it was ok after that.

im gonna wait a few houirs to start it up again to see if i need to reprime it..

but in the mean time. what else would cause something like that>>>>??????
i dont see any visible leaks,

also i have a ats turbo, torque 2000..

and its only pushing tops 4-5 pounds boost.

is there a way to adjust it?
i dont remember what it used to push, i never really payed attention to it..

but whaen i first got the truck i think i remember it beaing around 11-13 pounds..

any info is great.

Can you post a picture of the turbo?

Specifically the waste gate actuator linkage.

Any chance you have an exhaust leak before the turbo?
What year is your truck?
