DSTRBD is starting off with a positive reputation.

a 2-3 MPG gain is very common with some seeing upwards of 5. I have personally seen 3 on the highway as long as I dont drive too aggressive. This is with a full Flo-Pro 4" exhaust and SCT tuner.
