Air Conditioning Left Warm Right Cold?????

2007 F-150 Lariat with climate control. Yesterday started blowing warm on the drivers side and cool on the passenger side of the dash. Both sides produce the same volume of air just one is cool and the other is not. One other thing I couldn't remember. Is the "auto" light always on regardless of mode and temp chosen?

I didn't think there was any seperation between the the left and right. Any ideas?

Thanks

Update...Got the auto light to go off and had cold air on the left for a bit. When selecting different places for air to flow it will occasionally blow a little cool for a few seconds. Must be in the controller or the doors that control where the flow of air goes.

Where are the doors that control the flow located.

Thanks

Sounds like your blend doors. I had a similar problem with my '06 only it was not a L/R thing. If under warranty, take it to your dealer to get the unit replaced.

Not sure exactly where the blend box is at.

No warranty. I'll need to tackle it myself. Just need to know where the blend doors are located.

Anybody?
