Brake rotor Spindle Nuts

What is the proper torque for the spindle nuts when replacing the front brake rotors? This is a 2004 F150 with two-wheel drive.

295 and the nuts need to be replaced each time they're removed....they're ONE TIME USE parts....rockauto.com has them for fairly cheap, or get them at your dealer....
