JesterPgh is starting off with a positive reputation.
It would be great if we could compile a turbo parts interchange

If we could get our collective turbocharged minds together, and provide some information on what parts interchange within what turbochargers typically found on some of these IDI trucks. It's hard to find this kind of information, although I've found a good bit so far on my particular setup, I'm still searching for information. What can be used in the old Banks systems? What can be used in the old ATS systems? Etc., ya know? I was looking today online at just compressor wheels, and there are about 20 different ones listed that would all "possibly" fit my application. Then I find out there's standard shafts, and large shafts, different trim compressor wheels, etc. I guess this is on my mind in particular right now because I NEED to rebuild mine, and I'm finding that trying to find the parts to do it is hard. I did find T04B turbos for cheap, but now I have to say "should I?" and then just try to take what I need from that. It's confusing. A what works compilation would be tits.

Festus Hagen is gaining momentum as a positive member of FTE.
This would be great, Unfortunately there would be the need to dissemble perfectly good working (preferably brand new) Turbos to measure things like Wheel Dia. and Trim.

The average Joe cannot measure A/R though, But some have them marked.

The aftermarket builders (Banks, ATS, Hypermax) keep this proprietary info close to hand.

-Enjoy
