Little 2 Prong Plug on the fuel bowl-Where does it go?

I just replaced the fuel pump and fixed a fuel bowl leak.

Now I have it back together except the small 2 prong wire harness on the fuel bowl. I can't find where to snap it.

Where on the engine does that plug into?

Also, how long should I expect to crank before this thing starts?

thanks!
Nick

Well, here's the plug. Thankfully I took lots of pics while the bowl was out.

Anyways, I'll go plug it back in but what is this? And is that big round thing the High Pressure Oil Pump?

Is there any routine maintence for the HPOP? It seems like I've seen someone saying to check the oil level. I have no idea how to do that.
thanks!
Nick

Further update... unless it's coincidence I believe that little wire is required for the engine to run. I couldn't get it to start. I plugged it in and it started instantly. Interesting.

It is one of the sensors on the harness for the fuel bowl.

the plug in for the harness is on the Right side of the fuel bowl (Passenger side)

That plug, I forgot to do myself, and had to take one of the fuel lines off to get my big hands in there. I almost ruined the connector also.

I forgot what sensor that is.

As for the maintenance for the HPOP, no, except the normal oil changes that you do. The oil in the HPOP reservoir is suppose to be about an inch from the top of the housing. You can check it by removing the allen head plug on the top of the HPOP reservoir. The reservoir is the tall square thing you were working around when you replaced the fuel pump. The allen head plug is on the right side of the reservoir. Honestly, unless your truck is not running properly, there is no reason to remove that plug. That reservoir gets oil from the oil pan and is changed out every minute or two when the engine is running. It does not leak down when parked unless something is wrong, and you'd notice that at start-up.

It's for the IPR. It won't fire-up without it.
