After driving truck, I have to let it cool off for at least 30 minutes before it will start. Replaced seals and connector on high pressure pump. High pressure tubes through cylinder heads have also been replaced. Pump only reaches 360 psi on hot re-start according to sensor. Needs 500 psi to turn injectors on. Any idea to the cause of this problem? Thanks.
Welcome to FTE mpeterson0786 You could be leaking high pressure oil still, high pressure pump could be bad or the ICP sensor is bad giving you a false reading and not letting the truck start.
I agree with 69cj unless an o-ring was damaged upon reassembly.
Make sure you double check and re triple check the o-rings on the standpipe. You can block off the pump and find out if the pump is actually putting out the correct amount, it does need 500 or so psi to fire the injectors. Did you replace the old style STC fitting on the pump to a new style??? Good news is, the intake can stay on if your changing the pump.

If you already replaced fittings and seals then you need to pull the valve covers and check the dummu plugs. 2006 trucks did not have too many problems with high pressure oil pumps especially if it will start cold. If you have the ability to air pressurize the high pressure system through the icp port then you can listen for leaks under each valve cover, otherwise pull both valve covers and pull the dummy plugs at the front of the o-rails and check the o-rings for being torn, weak, etc. If the are at all weak replace them, it doesn't take much.
