Help. Looking to upgrade my speakers 99 F250 sd

Hey guys. The only thing I hate about my truck is the speakers. My 6 year old daughter has a $10 pink radio that has better sound quality than my truck.

Im looking to upgrade my speakers. I don't want subs and I don't want to put a box in the back (im married with two kids now so I need the room) I just want to put in some new door speakers (front and rear) so I can get some decent sounding music.
Right now I have the bass turned all the way down in order to listen to the music and not have it distorted. I want something that is easy. I don't want to have to cut and paste to make something fit. I want to leave my stock stereo/cd player in and just pop my door panels off and replace my speakers.

I found these on ebay, the seller says they are "high quality" but everyone who sells anything on ebay says that about their product. Has anyone ever heard of these???

If these are junk, can you recommend some decent speakers without breaking the bank?? Will I get decent sound by leaving my stereo stock?? I know there are better stereos but I just want to keep it as cheap as possible but still gain some decent sound.

Any help/sugggestions are greatly appreciated.. Thanks!!

OMG I just opened my eyes and looked a couple threads down and found that "Thomas A" asked almost the exact same question as me. I will follow his thread also. Thanks..
