Headers for 292 in '59 F250

I've got a '59 f250 that I'm completely rebuilding. I just got a 292(believe it's a '64 yr if it matters) yblock for it.

I want to get rid of the goofy cross over pipe and install headers. I've seen a few on here and a few in the LMC catalog but I'm not sure which set to buy. I guess I'd like to go with full length headers since I will be leaving it at the stock ride height so shouldn't have any clearance issues. Also if it matters, truck is 2wd and has the stock hydraulic clutch.

Could someone recommend a good set that will fit my truck. If possible I'm trying to spend less than $400.

thanks

Talking Headers

Speedway has headers listed for your truck, I think Summit lists them too.

The ford ram horn manifolds would clear nicely. I have heard some of the aftermarket headers come close to the frame and steering box. I have seen them new at Speedway or John Mummert. Expensive but will fit well.

You can use a pair of Ram Horns and bild the rest your self, sanderson headers for truck use or reds headers for truck use or stubby's / shorty's.
They all will fit on a stock height ride.
All these are going just underneed the front crosmember with enough clearance to the oil filter and steering housing.
I have Ram Horns and at this moment I'm building the exhaust from 2,5" stainless tubing.
In a few weeks I will add some pics on my website. I also made a drawing with measurements. If somebody needs it, just ask.
