Iac valve

Is there any difference in quality from part store to store. I have found them ranging from $123 at napa to $48 at autozone. Mine buzzed sometimes when it was hot outside, didn't seem to affect idle, I cleaned it and now it buzzes all the time. When it was off the veh. I noticed the valve was not seated all the way, it had a little free play, is that normal ?
or should it be fully seated like a EGR valve until actuated.

on my previous post about the motor running rough, I used chevron gas and 2 bottles of the chevron gas additive for stronger solution and in the last week only once did it run rough and only for about 15 sec. thanks for all your help and how do I delete my previous post so I dont waste peoples time. thanks BFF

If it's buzzing after cleaning I would just replace it for $48 and be done with it. When I had my 4.0 Ranger and it had a bad IAC I just went down to autozone and purchased the cheapest one they had. It worked just fine for 3 years before the truck was totaled. No change at all in performance, the truck just wouldn't howl when it was hot out.
