no idea on the programming
i've had my eye on those keys myself. but at about $50, I'm scared of dropping that kind of cash.
I'm 99% sure it will work though. That is the basic key from the small SUV line. They work on the 04-08 F-150's perfectly. Lock/Unlock works and the key starts the trucks...and since our Expy's have the same keys...it should
I think the only issue we will run into will be the Power Rear Hatch. I need that feature, so I'm waiting for the 09 Expy key to become available

I saw one somewhere on the net the other day for the expy for only $89.95 (whew) looks like we'll wait a while longer. The power hatch was my question on the other keys too, they have the same buttons & symbils as my keys.

I ordered my '09 from the factory with remote start. It was sent as an add-on along with the vehicle and the dealer had to do the install. When I took delivery of the vehicle, I found that the remote start was actually a separate fob instead of a new key which included a remote start button. I didn't care for that especially since the original key still had two blanks for buttons.
