'08 Computer parameter programming question

Replaced fuel tank with bigger Titan tank.

In the olden days, there was a programming sequence to change the parameter of fuel tank size so the mileage computer would read correctly.

Can this parameter be set with the programmer?

I don't get muddy, don't get dusty, don't pull trailers, but do play in the snow and ice.

senix is gaining momentum as a positive member of FTE. senix is gaining momentum as a positive member of FTE.
how long have you had the new tank on? Have you run it to empty and then refilled completely?

Just wondering because I would think that the pcm would adjust itself over time provided that it is reading correctly.

Did you need to do anything to the fuel sending unit in the tank?

When I get caught up, I'll post the pictures of the install.

No changes to the sending unit or float.

There is a split of opinion as to whether the tank size parameter can be changed. (hence the post)
