Effingham is my 1st fuel stop when on my way to visit relatives in Marray KY and Puryear TN.
Chicago probably would not be able to exist on its own with all the politicians stealing funds earmarked for other things. Eventually they would run out. Probably why Blagowhateverovich was planted as the gov.
