Where is the low side?

I have a 93 e350 and was wanting to check the refrigerant but I can not find the low side port. Searching on the net some one said there is not one you must take it to the dealer. is this true? if so how do they do it?
thanks in advance!

lsrx101 has a good reputation on FTE. lsrx101 has a good reputation on FTE.
It has a low side port.
If you want to check the refrigerant, why are you asking about only the Low side? You need to compare the High and Low pressures while the system is operating.

Why do you think there is an issue with the refrigerant? What are the symptoms"

The Low side pressure alone won't tell you anything useful, regardless of what the manufacturer of that can of magic goo with the cheap gauge wants you to believe. Take it back to the store before you open a can of worms.

So I know where the high side is. The question is where is the low side? I still don't know. The symptoms direct me to a fan clutch but I was asking because what I heard on another site and was wondering if any one knew here. There are no worms to take back...

Look along the top of the hood opening, under the cowl. I believe the Low side port is on the suction line about mid way across. I recall there being a wiring harness right in the way.
