It was a busy morning here at work so this was the only place that I was able to get a post made.

No we have been quiet the last few days except for an EMS call on Monday evening.

We're going nuts with accidents and rescues out in the woods 2 alone today

We have not had any accident calls for some time now. The last rescue call was on Father's Day when a father and son that were in a blow up boat got caught in the undertow caused by water coming over a spillway from the state canal into a creek. They were out of the water and on land when we got there.

It is settling down now for the afternoon so it looks like I will be able to take it east some.

I have a memorial service to attend tonight that recognizes all of the volunteer FFs and Ladies Auxilary members that have passed away within the county over the last year. The county association that I am 1st V.P. in has it as part of our annual convention. Then of course there will be the parade tomorrow night.
