Good afternoon everyone that has stopped and will drop by. Finally getting a couple of days here without any rain. I had plans on mowing some lawn today but my wife informed me that the back yard is so wet, that I would bury the lawn tractor in no time flat. OH well, it gives me an excuse to be a lazy bum and watch tv and surf on the net.

All Truck Nationals- Mid Atlantic FTE Meet and Greet
Okay folks.... most of you are aware that the 2nd annual FTE Mid Atlantic Meet is fast approaching. It will be held again at the All Truck Nationals at Carlisle, PA on August 7, 8 & 9

hello all. just got back from a perfect vacation. beach camping in montauk. its pretty cool, my truck and trailer(32' quad bunk) in the sand. only one day of rain. going to bed early, i have a double shift monday. i hope everyone had a good 4th.

Hey Ed, good to hear that you had good weather and a good time. We had rain off and on all week and yesterday and today have been the first days without any rain in about a week and a half.

it was a near perfect week. there is so much open space out on the east end of the island, we were watching bad weather across the sound, to the west and east in the ocean. we dodged bullets all week.

Ed, we ended up having some nasty thunder storms with winds and hail. To the west of me a week ago Friday, they had 1-1 1/2" hail. Luckily the hail got out of the storm before it hit here.
