They're constantly building or changing stuff at both California Adventure and Disneyland.

Walt Disney always said it would never be completed.

That construction is part of a new Little mermaid???? under water light show I think.

They actually had the water drained from that section for the construction workie.

The frozen margarita stands were a welcome site. lol
