No they just dont pay attention to how they sit down on them. They just flop into the chair. ANd the other big problem is the fact that the chairs we use are not really meant for use in a dispatch center that runs 24/7

ah they sit down like my kid and her friends -full upright stand and blam down they go ? confuses the crap out of me would love to snatch the chair out from under em one time -they might change the way they sit down
