Wow Pat, 11 days! That'll be great, are you headed out of town?

I got the sob story from the cycle shop yesterday, one of the mechanics had a personal emergency and had to take the afternoon off, so they got behind... cry me a river...

Anyway, he said my bike would be the first one they did this morning, I'll believe it when I see it. I still can't believe they are that busy, I thought nobody was spending money on stuff like this these days.
Done or not, I'm picking it up today, and these idiots have lost a future customer too.
