Wow - I pulled the USGS gage on it and that's quite a serious jump recently.
How big a boat do you have anyhow?

Cool. Never been on a boat with that much 'under the hood', but I bet that'll fly if you wanted to do that....

I've been around boats as long as I can remember...my grandparents retired to Mt Arlington, on the lake when I was 3.....my uncle always had boats up there, went fishing with my grandfather.....they ran the concession stand during the summer.....my dad bought a boat when I was about 13, he had 27', 33', and last 38', which when he past I wasn't in the position to afford that big of a boat.
My wife about 4 years ago said, let's buy a boat.....smack me upside the head....reality hit she was serious....we didn't want to go crazy for the first one so we bought this one, 3 girls and wife needed a facility on board.....so it pretty much made it a cabin of sorts.
Does sound like a nice cruiser though. Most of what I've ever been on has been the pontooners and fishing type boats, although I had some friends who have power boats at a place called Indian Lake (a fairly upscale development with a public-access dock) and we'd do a little skiing and stuff off and on.

I tell you it brings families closer because they are participating in some together and they have fun...I found that even when I got older I hung around my parents for trips and stuff for boat trip vacations, weekends, bring friends, and other family it's kind of like camping with an RV.... although it's like any other hobby it has it's price....but to us..."Priceless"
We like to be the go to family, instead of the kids going else where....always was....
You're exactly right about that whole "together" factor. There's something to be said for that and I think it's missing a lot these days - just an opinion.
And that is a nice boat.

Thanks....I know that's one of the main reasons to get it...everyone loves it....including my oldest who comes around for outings still with my 10 month old grandson, they live across the Gap in Stroudsburg.....
I bet the little one loves it too. Being 10 months it's probably all a bit too new to him but some day down the road he'll somehow recall that by pictures or whatever...

Any more, not very often at all. I used to be down that way almost on a weekly basis a few years ago. I built parking decks in several places in Jersey, a few in New York, a couple in Eastern PA...that's what kept me down that way.
