it rained for 20 minutes in totawa, just as i was picking up the lane closure. it rained hard in old bridge from 2pm till 4 pm. and monmouth county got slammed. trees down, wires down, traffic lights out, roads closed from trees and flooding.
i have been told by 6 people so far it looks like a war zone in central and eastern monmouth county
