Stock 351W Camshaft Specs

Does anyone know the duration and lift for a stock 92 camshaft. Also what brand or type of lube/oil do you guys recomend for a rebuild. Had guy tell me to use ATF on cylinder walls?

Conanski has a great reputation on FTE. Conanski has a great reputation on FTE. Conanski has a great reputation on FTE. Conanski has a great reputation on FTE.
The cam produces about 0.416" lift and 260 duration at the valve... pretty restrictive on this motor. Regular 10w30 is what you want to use on a rebuild for the initial breakin period along with some breakin lube.. usually supplied with the cam.

That's the seat to seat or advertised duration, at 0.050" it's down around 200-210 deg.
