Cab swap and title issues?

So as you may or may not know my 97 got rolled, but i have it running fine. I also have found a truck that is being parted out, the cab is cheep i think at 300 along with the steering colum at 75. Those are the only 2 items i need to get this thing on the road again. BUT it dosnt have a title, so how could i use the title i have for my truck but use the cab off of the other truck? I am hoping to make this work because it is not only the same color but is a XL just like my 97 is so it will look like it never even happened lol.

sorry for the above post, I looked up my states DOT sites and it answered a majority of my questions. The rest of them i need to talk to my county clerk. sorry for wasting you time...... this time lol
